BU CİNAYETİ ÇÖZÜN BAKAYIM?

Bir adam karısını öldürmekten yargılanmaktadır. Adamın savunması şöyle olur.

"Bir gün işten eve geldim. Zile bastım açan olmadı. Bunu birkaç defa denedim ama açan yine olmadı. Eşimin gidebileceği komşulara tek tek baktım. Eşim hiç biyerde yoktu.
Anahtarım olmadığı için eve giremiyordum. Soğuk bir kış günüydü ve yatak odamızın camı buğulanmıştı. 1. katta oturduğumuz için camın buğusunu sildim. Birde ne göreyim. Karımın karnında bıçak ve heryer kan içinde."

Bu savunmadan sonra yargıçlar adamın suçlu olduğunu anlarlar ve adam hapse girer. YARGIÇ ADAMIN UÇLU OLDUĞUNU NERDEN ANLAMIŞTIR?
